Don't push me 'cos I'm close to the edge...

On 6th August 2025, video updates appeared to show that the surface was now flat, but these was a large area on the Grandad Stand side of the pitch where the surface appeared relatively unworked, and was at a slightly lower level than the rest of the pitch. This are stretched approximately 10 metres in from the front of the Grandad Stand, and ran the full length of the pitch. Was this to be worked on later? Or was the 3G pitch going to be quite a distance from the front of the Grandad Stand. We shall wait & see.
